I miss Saturday nights where I made up excuses not to go do stuff with people and sat at home on the couch. Now I'm just sitting at home on the couch.
Story idea: A virus wipes out all of humanity except for 2 people: A regular white heteronormal guy, and a raging feminist. They meet and interact for 5 to 10 pages, and then the remainder of the story is the guy, covered with the feminist's blood, sitting around and mentally justifying the fact that he killed the human race.

Another story synopsis.
Earth is a like large sheep farm and it is time to harvest the flock.
Unlike in War Of the Worlds where the aliens swept through the planet plucking up humans by the shipload causing mass destruction, they stroll through while the livestock are lethargic selectively picking their prey a few here and a few there so as not to create panic through carnage.
The easiest way to do this is isolate them into as small a groups as possible. Keep them penned up so they will fatten.
We even willingly walked into our pens while the latches were bolted. Stayed content while the flock is leisurely thinned.
We no longer congregate en masse to see the how few we are becoming. Like sheep, humans won't notice that someone a few pens down is no longer there.
When the pens are opened and we can graze, we will spread out just because we are once again free to do as we want. By the time we realize 69% of us are gone, we won't care.
oh, and in case you are wondering how I arrived at that percentage
... once you pass 69 you are fucked.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this one:
Does each individual student have a set amount of GA tax money earmarked for their educational expenses, or are they proposing to do such a thing? How much is actually being earmarked per individual student, and how does that effect our taxes? Who determines which style of education best fits their needs and how is that evaluation made? If they're being home schooled, are they proposing to just send our tax dollars to their parents? Will they receive more than what was earmarked out of their parents' taxes?GA Republican Party Questions
1. Should Georgia lawmakers expand educational options by allowing a student's state education dollars to follow to the school that best fits their needs, whether that is public, private, magnet, charter, virtual, or home school?

By buying a lot of things?
Don't you get a booklet that explains all the things on the ballot? We get a blue book here every year that goes through and explains all the ballot measures like that, judge ratings, etc so that you can figure out what they are talking about.

It looks like I did. Scary how that can get away from you when you're not paying attention.
No, but that's a great idea. I can hunt down info on all of the candidates, but it's pulling teeth to get anything on the ballot measures. It would be nice to get some background on them.Don't you get a booklet that explains all the things on the ballot? Man, I crashed hard last night. I don't even remember getting into bed. I must have needed the sleep bad.

I dont think we get anything like that either, Lance. It'd be nice. Like DGX, I have to review each candidate and bill up for vote.

It's really awesome that they do that for us. It explains every ballot measure in lay terms and not the legal speak that tends to be on the ballot. It also tells you what your vote means because some of the ballot measures are deceptively worded (like if you vote yes, you are actually voting no) and it gives you both sides of the ballot measure. Then for the judges that are up for being retained, it gives you their judicial watch grades and it gives the non-partisan recommendation as to whether they deserve to be retained or not.
