I got reading glasses for the first time. Holy shit it's like getting a new graphics card for my brain. Only +0.75 but makes a huge difference.

Obviously I'm a glasses newbie but eyebuydirect seems the way to go. The retail stores charge 2-5x more than I paid to fill my prescription.

I'm listening to a Denver Broncos podcast this morning and they are talking to an Irish guy (in Ireland) that heads up the Broncos Europe and talking about the team. But then he (the Irish dude) brought up the sport of hurling and he tried to describe it and he called it a cross between filed hockey, lacrosse, and murder

Im actually still going into the office most day, I'm just burned the fuck out. Our company got bought and the new owner is killing me with all the IT changes he wants. It will be cool when its done but his timelines have started giving me legit panic attacks. There is no way I can hit them since he fired all the people who worked for me and Im the only one ,and I dont want to fail and get fired too

Is he a tyrant or is he at least reasonable to talk to? You can tell him you're doing the best you can, but you're only one person and his deadlines aren't feasible in reality.
