Pork chops grilled up nice, nice and juicy. You can't really beat brining pork, it makes it near impossible to dry out and overcook it. You'd really have to be trying to ruin it The dry rub was a bit strong for the wife, so maybe dial that back next time, but I liked it. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

And if anyone is curious, the dry rub was :

3 tbs of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp of ground mustard
1 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground chipotle pepper
