Why TF are auto batteries so fucking expensive? And the warranty on them is so short now. You used to be able to get 48 and 60 month batteries, now the longest you can get is 36 months. And fucking $200 for a battery?

I had to buy two already in the last couple weeks. And now my van seems like it"s cranking a bit slow.

Mine gave me almost no warning. It seemed to crank a little slow when I left here on Monday after work, and then again on Tuesday morning when I was leaving for work, and then it was dead yesterday afternoon.

I had to buy a battery for my camper. Sure I could have gotten by without the lights and taken jugs of water instead of needing to pump it out of the fresh tank. Cranking the legs manually sucks since I wouldn't have electric jacks but it wouldn't have been the first time, and the ceiling fan hasn't worked for years.
Then I decided fuckit... since I'm privileged I'm going to act it.

We added another security camera to the front of the house. Thefts and break-ins have been going up in the area so we wanted a bit better coverage around the door.

Why is it so fucking hard to grasp? EVERY SINGLE YEAR the office will ask, "hey, the holiday is on Saturday, so what does that mean?"



It means we have Friday off, just like every other business in the country, and just like every year when a holiday falls on the weekend. If it's on Saturday, we get Friday off. If it's on Sunday we get Monday off. How is that such a hard fucking concept to understand?
