My biggest pet peeve when ordering anything online - when you get that e-mail that your item has "shipped" but what they really mean is all they've done is printed the shipping label and it could still be 24 hours or more now before they drop off your item with the shipper.

I'm currently waiting on a package from a third party seller on Amazon. I ordered it 4 days ago. It was labelled shipped not but 5 hours after I placed the order. The next day, the tracking number indicated that the package had been received by the shipper (USPS). That was 3 days ago. It's still currently sitting at the same location.

The business is in Jacksonville and the package is sitting at a USPS shipping hub that's one hour away from me.

Yeah, that sucks when that happens. Like when someone ships it via FedEx or UPS but using the USPS as the final leg in the delivery. It can take f-o-r-e-v-e-r for it to be handed off from one carrier to the next. All because it's slightly cheaper.

Dry rub or wet sauce on your ribs?

Wet, just using Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty BBQ sauce.

I've mix my own dry rub. If you don't dry the ribs after rinsing then put the rub on them, the brown sugar dissolves and becomes it's own sauce as the fat renders out of the meat.

Damn I'm tired. Left the apartment for a rig near Carlsbad Thursday morning. I got a hotel in Carlsbad Thursday night, around 10pm. Was back on the rig at 6am Friday. Got back to apartment at 3am today. Was woke up at 9am to go to a different rig. Got back to the apartment at 5pm. Now having a rolling rock or 2 while waiting on lasagna to heat up.

I take care of two pools at work and yes, the style this year is very cheeky bikinis. Which is great for college girls, not so great for 13-18 year olds. Seriously, some of the stuff parents are letting their teen and even pre-teen kids wear these days....
