Lately? A little after 2. I rarely sleep anymore.
At work by 3, out a little after 2.....11 hours a day.
You are better than me... I struggle to get up at 7... I sleep like shit as well so I have to try and get rest through long attempted hours..
I can't toss and turn in bed, the more I try and make myself want to fall asleep, the more awake I am. Now, I still set my alarm for 3:15 and if I sleep that long, bonus, but I can't remember the last time I slept that late. Even on weekends I'm up by 4 because the dogs need to all go outside.
7.... I wish. Once the sun is out I can no longer get any sleep. Im more like Lance, im awake all night trying to sleep (unless I take a sleeping pill) I dont even need to set my alarm since Im awake every hour anyway
