Yeah, there's a Samsung Health app on my phone. I'm going to start tracking everything that I can. I ordered a blood pressure monitor too which I should have on Tuesday. Going to track weight, steps taken per day, blood pressure, pulse, everything I can. Sitting here peacefully surfing away and a damn hawk just slammed into the patio door in front of me! It twitched for a minute stunned, then flew off.

I guess that's my heart exercise for the day!
