Just did 3 miles on the treadmill. Today the start of week 4 of making sure to exercise every day. Cardio is coming along well since I'm not even winded anymore, even after spending an hour straight at it. And I know it's not much, but after 3 weeks I'm down 7 lbs so far.

That is so awesome man, really happy to hear that. Thought about adding some weight lifting in too soon? I love cardio, so important for your heart but I think lifting weights is more fun and really helps shed weight (provided you do it safely and don't hurt yourself).

Second that. You can feel invincible now but you'll need to break it up or risk overuse injuries springing up!

Keeping the over 50 body fit is an art. I cycle and swim as well. Calisthenics (e.g. Convict Conditioning) is a great alternative to weights. I make sure to occasionally get 2 days in a row of deep rest.

Yeah, they keep telling me that the air cabin and engine air filters have to be changed by qualified mechanics to the tune of $200. I keep telling them to fuck off and I do it myself for $25, the cost of both filters combined bought off Amazon. And it only takes me 5 minutes instead of waiting around in an auto shop's reception area all pissed off for like 3 hours.

Changing batteries can be a pain in the ass in some vehicles, but I never came across one that was supposed to be 'professionally' swapped out.

Dunno about weights or not at this point, but I definitely understand about overuse aches and pains. Starting to really feel it in my knees since I'm on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes a day (at least 60 minutes on weekends). And this is week 4 now of doing it every day. I did drag out the rowing machine this weekend and split up the time between the treadmill and now the rowing machine. Now all I need is a stationary bike and I'll have mt own gym lol.

It's based on the position of the battery. It's wedged in partially under the dash in plastic containment box. "Officially" you have to either remove part of the airflow system or remove part of the dash. I learned a while back, don't look for the official repair videos on YouTube. Find the Mexican dude or Redneck who knows the shortcuts.

I just sent this message to the TNT network about watching shows on their app on my Roku:

Good day. I have been binging Snowpiercer season 1 on the TNT app on my Roku. Absolutely love the show and looking forward to season 2, but I have an issue when watching the show. First, I completely understand that ads are needed for revenue to be able to produce shows for the network. But there are A LOT of commercial breaks when watching on the app, far more it seems than just watching the show when it airs on broadcast, but even worse is that it's the SAME EXACT commercials over and over and over. I've seen that stupid Kohler shower speaker ad at least 20 times in watching 2 episodes over the weekend. It doesn't make me want to buy the item, it makes me want to gouge my eyes out every time it comes on now. AND to add insult to injury, it's shown back-to-back in EVERY commercial break. For the love of god, please explore better ways to insert advertising into the shows on your app. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.
