They're saying that he was mean and vicious. Charisma Carpenter had some specific things that he said that, if true, make him a complete and utter piece of shit.

Michele Tractenberg said that there was a rule that he wasn't allowed to be in the same room alone with her. I didn't read past that so I don't know if she specified why, but back then in her Buffy days, she was cute as all get out.

That's totally fair. Exercise really is the hardest habit to get into, and the easiest break. I always find that you just can't let yourself have more than 1 to 2 days off in a row or you'll start making more and more excuses to skip days. Not really inspirational or groundbreaking advice I know

but it's the simple truth.

Yeah, I don't plan on quitting, but I don't want to keep exercising so much that I keep dropping weight. I think I'm on a pretty good trajectory at an average of 3 lbs/week right now, but that's with exercising 75 to 85 minutes every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and about 40 minutes/day Monday thru Thursday. I just want to be able to find a routine that is maintenance to help me hold the weight I get to, not keep going down. But I'm still probably 15 to 20 lbs away from where I wanna be yet.

well fellas its time to see if what I saw in gram's attic when I was 5 is true and correct - attic there is a REAL PITA to access - pop was up there long ago and I climbed up the ladder after him, I poked my head up there and asked him what he was doing, he said its just stuff from the war, now get down you cant be climbing up here...nobody else in the fam knew about this, so my brother and I are gonna bring the big ladder over and check it out. I'll tell ya what I find, unless its too good to share

yeah

but I dont think you qualify for the category brotha - ol boss of mine used to be one of those ultra marathon runners, bought treads 5 at a time and shit. you have to work out an ungodly amount to get lookin like that. at some point you're better off engaging a meditation routine to better absorb your energies as opposed to working out more and more, but I didnt get the impression you were going lifer on it
