It was funny, the Senate thinking it could decide if a particular something is constitutional or not. Can we impeach someone who's not in office? I've been in the workforce for more than 30 years and I've NEVER had President's Day (or Washington and Lincoln's Birthday before they were combined into one holiday) off. Wife has the day off though because she works for the government.
