Today's episode of the Ben Shapiro Show is a good one. It's short, about 12 minutes and he reads the stories of several fallen soldiers that died in the line of duty from WWII thru the war in Afghanistan. Amazing what some of those heroes did.

No wonder why his company has a shitty rating every where you look. If I see Nathan again, I swear I'm gonna break both of his fucking legs.

I have a mind to cancel everything except the basic chair and I'll deal with the rest myself over time and probably save myself money in the process.

Real estate in Denver is absolutely fucking ridiculous. Back in 2012 we bought our house for $195K and at time, it was definitely a seller's market because homes were going fast and not on the market for very long. Nine years later it is still absolutely crazy. The house right next door to us went up for sale over the weekend and it's listed at $480K. All the homes in our area are similar, I think there's only 4 or 5 different models and all similar in size and rooms, and there is no fucking way that house or our house is worth anywhere close to a half million dollars.

Best thing about getting lunch from Five Guys is that all you need is to get the small fries because they always dump all those extra fries in the bag anyways.

Biggest problem with Five Guys? They are uber pricey. But damn their food is good it makes it ALMOST worth it That's why I only eat there maybe a couple of times a year.

Real estate is wacked in my little neighborhood too. Next door neighbor put their house up for sale at $190k. An acre less than my place, and the mobile home is older than mine. I paid $78k for my place 19 years ago. Will be interesting to see what it actually sells for.

Other news: got my blood work back. All pretty normal except cholesterol and triglycerides are a tad high as per the doc. Ill compare them myself once I get home as I'm having a hard copy sent so I can compare to last one from 10 years ago. Still waiting for ekg to be scheduled.

My body has frat boy muscle memory. Monday I was at my sisters and tripped up the deck, falling forward. No I didn't catch myself nor barrel roll to avoid the fall, I fell straight on to my knees and skinned them both bloody. This while my instinctive reflex was to hold both beers in the air and save them while sacrificing my body. Jacked up my back too. I'm too old for this shit.
