Damn I played too much disc golf recently, my hand is kinda angry about it. Wed thu fri sun - and yesterday I shot +23 at league because my shit just didnt want to work. Fed the beast my X2 and then my shot from the bench just had to hit a tree weird and roll 40 feet back to the water and go OB again. Humid af and really sticky, I kept hanging on to drives too long and sending them way right.

/shrugs handicap builder week I dont mind because I'd still like to hit payout, just to hit it....but I wont get there only getting a tiny bit better each week

Is Epix worth having? I can get it for .99 per month for two months. I was gonna subscribe when Chapelwaite dropped in October, but they've got this deal going now.

Well, smells like wildfire season has started. Could smell a little smoke when I left for work this morning and it kept getting stronger the closer I got to work. And the moon is really orange and partially obscured by a smoky haze. Wonderful.

good thing some decent drill bits showed up from that estate sale

wound up getting it drilled & tapped....Kev, ya think quarter 20 is good enough for that? I'd rather not break another....I guess I could see if I could hunt down a drill bit that will get me a lil bigger and try to tap a 5/16ths worse comes to worse...

I'd buy the heli coil kit and use the same size as whatever the stock bolts are. Iirc, it was an exhaust manifold bolt that broke off in the head?
If you've never used heli coil, watch a couple vids. There's a couple tricks to using them, especially in a blind hole, but they absolutely work if installed correctly.

Off for first visit to new chiropractor today. Miss my old one, but she retired to have a baby a couple years ago. This one is closer, and comes highly recommended so will see.

Darn, I tried to look up another old buddy that I used to work at GE with, unfortunately he's moved to Arizona. Was hoping his neighbor still had Big Skunk going

Chiropractor visit went well. Surprisingly, it seems I've lost almost another inch in height. I used to be 6'2", now I'm just barely over 6'. Still at 200lbs so thats not too bad. Ill go back Friday for first adjustment. Also got my ears lowered since I was out and about.

Saw my first pygmy rattlesnake... on my back porch. He met his maker at the end of a shovel.

Fuck and Yes! I found like a 9/32 bit and drilled out my q20 tap, and luckily in the pile I found an 8mm 25, precisely the size I needed. Ratta tap tapped that out and even was lucky enough to find a bolt that went in there in the original threads.

    Manifold 100% installed.

    "yer on yer way home"

    thanks, swayback

Well, it'll be curious to see if Mcafee's deadman switch is real, there will probably be no internet if it gets loose

Power has been out for an hour. I'm roughing it with only one 15A circuit run off my generator.

Couple lights, TV, Internet, computer, security cameras, window A/C and a fan.
