Very cool. My Dad's first brand new truck was a 76 Chevy step side. I drove that thing forever. Just cut it up for scrap metal about 3 years ago. Good news is, everything you need is easily available.

Its not as bad as it sounds. Only averages about 13hrs a day. I'd guess over half of that is not actually working : driving or waiting to work.
Tbh, id rather work the way I do than the 50-60hrs a week, every week that Lance does. At least I only work 2 weeks in a row, then off for 2.
That said, I've been offered a job as assistant manager at a gas plant about a hour from the house. I'd be home every night (that may or may not be a good thing for the wifey) most weekends off, and very nice starting pay scale. I'm thinking hard about it. I don't really like riding a desk, but I'm getting a bit old to be running around in the field now. Its about time for a retirement job.
