I'm starting month 10 of keeping up with exercising. I don't do it every day like I was at first, but it's 5 to 6 days a week for between 35 and 45 minutes per session. I'm hovering between 35 and 40 total pounds lost. I'm at the point now I think that unless I either exercise substantially more or make even more changes to my diet that I probably won't lose much more weight, if any.
I would kinda like to lose maybe 10 more pounds, but I dunno how much I want to change my diet. I'm pretty happy that I was able to lose as much as I did, it was completely unhealthy and I let it go for too long and I do feel better generally.
Props to my wife for nagging me to take better care of myself because of it wasn't for her, I most likely wouldn't have done any of it (exercise and regular doctor visits).
