Anyone have a subscription to Curiosity Stream? I'm a huge documentary fan, looks like a decent service. Not that I need yet another monthly subscription...

Thinking about starting to practice tai chi or maybe yoga. Theres no classes or studios for either in my town, so it'd have to be online or DVD type. I'm leaning more towards tai chi, because I fondly remember doing katas when I was in the AF. Any of yall into either?

We have a Peloton and aside from just the bike component, there are a ton of other types of classes you can follow with professional instructors including yoga and stretching. There are other subscription services that offer the same, or just free classes on youtube too.

I really like doing yoga once or twice a week. Some classes are really difficult and a great workout, others are more about staying flexible and stretching and just good for your mind (I stay away from the fluffy yoga styles that are more meditation, not my style). I'm sure it's reducing tweaks and injuries when I do play golf, bike and play hockey and it's good for the body long term. Can't recommend it enough.

Fun to do with the wife/family too, gets everyone laughing when you're holding some simple looking pose but everyone is dying

I had a friend up at Georgia Tech, originally from Taiwan, that said Tai chi was just Chinese aerobics for old people.

I was in my 20s and we were discussing martial arts. I asked about it, and he laughed at me and said that.

Also, when he said "old people", he meant 80+ and infirm.

    Pfizer.

So far this morning I feel fine, just sore. No unintended side effects to report yet.

BTW, did you all see that amazing town hall our President did? Between him, AOC and Pelosi, I think this countries really starting to turn in the right direction! Build Back Better!!

I got Pfizer. The first shot was no big deal. Injection point was sore for about a day, give or take. It was the second dose that was the worse one. About 12 hours after the second dose, I started to feel like I had the flu. For me, it was bad for about 6 or 7 hours and then it went away, but I know some people have had the flu-like symptoms last longer.
