I don't know how I did it. All of a sudden, it just started hurting. I haven't done anything different. I haven't fallen or twisted in any weird way. And no, I haven't whacked off too much, Dee. It's my left arm that's hurting, and I'm right dominant. It's probably because I'm on the wrong side of 45, but whatever.

I've got a heating pad that I've been putting on my arm/elbow, and it's kinda helping. I ordered some compression sleeves from Amazon, either they can help or they'll be completely useless. I don't see them doing any harm. I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow for an unrelated issue, so I'll just ask the doc about it when I see him. It's par for the course this year: when I go to see the doc, I end up saying, "But wait! There's more!"

Yea, I saw the cop in the right lane with another vehicle, slowed down and as I crested the curve of the overpass there she was in the fucking middle of the highway, I hit the brakes, started skidding and released the brakes and barely managed to swerve around her without losing control. She's damn lucky I just put my new snow tires on the car yesterday. Scared the hell out of me.

About 2 miles up the highway was closed for 2 hours due to more accidents. I had plenty of time for my adrenaline to wear off while I was dead stopped sitting in traffic. Was a touch late for work this morning.
