The biggest issue was, and I didn't notice it for quite a long time until I dug deeper into why the networked printers were off-fucking-line was that the gateway address of the new router was different by ONE NUMBER compared to the old router. Gateway on the old router was 192.168.0.1 and on the new one it was 192.168.1.1 which is just maddening. It's not something I would even think of looking at and I only saw it when I happened to see the IP address of our main networked printer.

It's just stupid...it makes it INFINITELY harder for people that don't know these things could even be a problem. Especially when this is the first router I've bought with a x.x.0.1 gateway address, all the rest have all been x.x.1.1 addresses.

The county health department has issued a new mask mandate that takes effect today and runs through January 2nd. I won't be following it. Sorry, I didn't get vaxxed to wear a mask. Sorry if there are paranoid people out there that wear a mask no matter what they are doing, but I'm not gonna do it anymore. Those people can keep on walking alone outside with their mask on, or driving alone in their car with their windows up wearing a mask, but I'm done. They will have to ask me to put one on and if they do, I will shop elsewhere. Only exception I will make are for medical facilities because you really can't get around that since they are all doing it, but anywhere else, no fucking way, I'm done.

I'm going to guess that I won't be the only one that will be ignoring the new mandate. The city of Denver is going to go even more Nazi requiring businesses in the city to require their customers to either wear a mask or prove they have been vaccinated.

I have the digital version on my phone just in case I encounter a place that I NEED to get into (such as a medical facility) and they require proof, but as far as random places of business, I would leave before I showed it to them.

The only problem is that there are probably enough paranoid people that wear masks 24/7 that the stores won't change their policies.
