Yep, broken ribs suck. Broke mine playing football. X-rays and a wrap and I was back in the game, sorta. Next day I couldn't move at all. Broken leg and broken arm didn't hurt that much.
Hanging out at a hotel in Denton TX tonight. Went out for a steak dinner, now just drinking a beer and watching the game.

Anyone else have intermittent mail delivery? Not sure if it's because people aren't going to work or whatever, but on average, we're only getting mail every other day and sometimes it skips multiple day. Like this past week, we last got mail on Thursday and no mail delivery on Friday or Saturday. And I know we should be getting mail because I get the USPS Daily Digest email which shows you what you should be getting that day.

Amazon Prime sucks. I signed up for it over a decade ago for the free 2-day shipping that really doesn't exist anymore. Sure, they'll get you some menial shit in one day, but it's hardly the norm. And frankly, I'm just buying that crap from Amazon, because I don't feel like going to the store to get it. But I bet I'd save some money if I did, because Amazon's not always the best price.
I ordered a Valentine's Day card back on the 9th that said it had Prime shipping on it. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I know it could have been here, because I had other junk come in yesterday from Amazon that I ordered on Friday.
About a week ago, I ordered some stuff from Walmart.com, including 2 cans of Lysol. The Lysol came from Arizona and got here in less than 3 days. I'm not even a member of Walmart+ and they gave me a delivery estimate of about a week and a half, but it came in less than 3 days.
I can't get a fucking greeting card from Amazon Prime in 5 days, but I can get two cans of Lysol from a Walmart in Arizona in less than 3 days.
Prime Day's always full of useless Chinese garbage.
I'm paying Amazon every year to be constantly disappointed and I'm honestly not sure why.

Not getting things on time for us is usually the exception rather than the rule. I think sometimes the issue is staffing/supply chain problems, but still for the most part, we haven't had any issues with Prime deliveries showing up on time. I think Amazon is having the same issue as everyone else, issues with keeping things in stock and having enough employees to staff warehouses and delivery vans.
