Chatted to me Ukrainian coworkers for the first time since the war broke out today. They're a married couple who both work for us, probably about 27-28 years old, super cool, big back country skiers and adventurers, very involved in charity and the community, just all around wholesome people.
Anyhow, they've been here about 3-4 years but both sets of their parents and some siblings are still near Kiev about 80km south of the city. They're still in contact but worried sick. Our company has told them they can take all the paid leave they want (which I'm proud to hear) and don't have to work but they're both still working just to keep their minds busy. I honestly don't know how they're staying sane. They said they're just constantly waiting for bad news or to lose contact with loved ones...

Saw a guy at the gym today... multiple times I watched him get off a piece of equipment, shuffle jog slowly across the gym to grab the cleaning spray and paper towel.... and then he jogged back going backwards back to his equipment to clean it. He did it multiple times. I couldn't not stare, I just love the gym, best place to people watch
I think mine does a charge in about an hour..
