Basically automatic suspension for not having insurance and it looks like if there is an accident it's a "security" suspension which appears to be a suspension, possible plate/registration confiscation and you don't get your license back for two years and until the debt is paid? And BTW, I believe here in Ohio it wouldn't matter if your wife had no headlights or even if she was at fault, the bitch wasn't on the road legally so it's automatically her fault. Same as a DUI. If you're drunk, sitting at a red light and someone rear ends you, you could be held responsible because you should not have been on the road.

FML. Things are about to get rough out here at work. My relief has been in Colorfir months (company fired the tech that was in Colorado) no end in sight for my relief. That leaves me and a new hire out here in West Texas. The new hire is smart, and works hard, but he's young and at the beginning of his career. He's no where near ready to work on his own yet. Now my foreman is quitting in 2 weeks, so I'll really be out here alone. I think I'm gonna start looking for another job.

Don't want to speak for Kev here, but sometimes more money is just a temporary band-aid unless they are working to fix the underlying issues.

Myself, typically by the time I'm disgruntled enough to start looking at other opportunities, there's very little chance the "work relationship" can be repaired.
