Yeah I've seen it before, but forgotten. They don't really do it nowadays.
Not in big arenas, but in small clubs with a sufficiently aggressive style of metal or punk they do.

Damn, I was just curious because we were talking about pizza costs the other day so I decided to check Papa Murphy's and even they are crazy. And you still have to cook the pies at home yourself.
The US is broken. That's a full 50% higher cost than a more expensive restaurant in a better area with full service here is Aus.
For comparison electronics are slightly cheaper in the US.
My prediction is if interest rates increased further and you get even a little recession people are going to tighten the belt ditch restaurant eating and all these places are going to go bust.
