I hope I get a new car to work on today, I think I surprised my boss, he wasn't planning on me putting 35 hours of work to the paint department by 3:30 yesterday. He gave me a 15 hour job before lunch, I started on it at 1, was in paint by 3.

Yea, he was, he's struggling to keep us busy though and thought he had passed out enough work to get us through today.

Not me, I'm innocent. The shop foreman who's been in the building for 2845763 years is the one that has his pick of the jobs and lays claim to an unfair share.

Nope. We all know better than to complain about him or his son though, last guy that mentioned it's not fair that his son helps him on the shops dime was let go within a couple weeks.

No, favoritism pretty much goes on everywhere, it's just more focused on one person here. Honestly if we were a little busier it wouldn't be so much of an issue. Still this jobs stress level is minimal and I'm generally happy, especially in comparison to my last job.

Well, that's the most important thing really. As long as you are happier, that's a huge improvement.
