I justed dumped my FIOS TV and phone package.. So I get that for $67 or $77 bucks a month, including free streaming HBO for 2 years and free locals on the TV.
that's another difference in $ between our countries...
I currently pay 98/month for that crappy net speed (no HBO streaming or anything similar) and basic cable. Which is pretty much 12 channels or locals as you call them...
If I went up to something close to that speed, it's over 150/month and that's without any TV or phone or other peripheral services...
I'm at $160/month for internet & cable with HD and DVR. No "premium" channels like HBO or Showtime but I get a lot of HD channels. I hardly ever have to find the SD version of a channel.Originally Posted by Hal-9000
