If General Lee was repeating real quotes from Union soldiers and laughing about it, maybe.

Sure we have a laugh at some of the extremes that the "other side" are standing for, but for the most part they are real and unedited. It just scares me that some of the stuff we post here to make fun of because of how absurd it is has been forcing it's way into the mainstream.
