Drives me nuts. Especially considering it fucks up my phone when I'm replying to one and 12 more come through. I've taken to just waiting a few minutes before answering each text. Occasionally my answers will look like "Yes,no,no,yes,probably."

With family and most of my other communications I use email. No emojis, funny little gifs or even the letters lol. Texting I'm pretty dry (few emojis) and always polite.

Here I use quite a bit because I do smile as a think of things and most times I'm a few thoughts ahead of the current conversation and thinking of something else
