At one point I worked in a building with three large main departments consisting of about 10 smaller departments. Everything from CSR's and sales reps to estimators and CIS personnel.
Lots of women throughout.
I should have kept track of the amount of times a woman touched me, called me sweetie or honey, and made inappropriate jokes about my strength or body in general.
You know why I didn't? Because each time an event like a shoulder touch or arm around my neck happened I was totally ok with it in the moment.
Not saying women should endure that kind of behavior at work, but there is a mid-point where I think it's up to each person to say what makes them uncomfy.
And I have never worked within a group where if someone spoke up about day to day treatment, they lost their job for it.
