Your request to join us will be denied if you are not the parent (or immediate full-time caregiver) of a transgender, gender-fluid, gender-questioning, agender, or other gender-nonconforming child (of any age); or if you are uncooperative during screening.
We also host an additional group, Allies of Transgender Children, for supportive family members and friends and allies. The link for asking to join that group is /groups/AlliesFrontDoor
We ask all members to be supportive of one another, and to treat each other respectfully & with kindness. In the interest of maintaining a safe space, no content or information from this site is to be shared, screenshot, or cut and pasted elsewhere. Fighting, belittling, bullying, invalidating, transphobia and racism or racist images are not permitted.
No admin is to be blocked by a member.
We ask that any triggering or transphobic image or link that a member wishes to discuss be posted in the comment section with a "Trigger Warning" in the body of the post.

HERE’S HOW TO JOIN US……….
Click on “Join Group” at the top of this page. After clicking on "join group" you will be given a set of screening questions. If you do not answer all screening messages in detail, we will be unable to add you. The screening is mandatory.
We understand that giving your information to someone unknown can be alarming. However, due to the sensitive nature of this group, we need to screen every member before joining. If you missed the screening questions when you asked to join you will be sent a reminder to respond to the questions. You will be able to answer them at that point as well.
Occasionally our Private Messages will go to your ‘message requests’ inbox.
This group is made up of parents and parenting figures, as well as a select group of advocates INVITED by the admin staff to assist & help us with understanding legal and other concerns. We hope all members find support, empathy and understanding here.
Our group setting is "PRIVATE/VISIBLE". This means that anyone searching can find it if they are deliberately searching for this group. They can NOT however see ANY posts in the group or see who the members are unless they are a member.
