we used to broil them in the oven on the highest rack...that was a good alternative to frying

we used to buy 1/2 a cow from my Uncle every year....everything was frozen because we just couldn't man up and eat 250 pounds of beef in one sitting
we've always pulled our meat out in the morning ( ) and then let it thaw on the counter over the course of 4 or 5 hours. No problemo when cooking, ever

Steaks should be fried and only fried Put some cooking oil on your hand and rub it into both sides of the steak, get the pan nice and hot then throw the fucker in....... give it 30 secs then flip it...... then turn down the heat and fry it to your desired finish (medium rare for me).
I know how to cook a steak........ and you're still gonna lose juice cooking it on any grill
