Got my blood lab results back today. And all is well, Doctor was actually "impressed". Still waiting for the allergy panel but as far as everything else goes I'm perfect.

I have no idea what I did to my left knee/leg, but holy fuck am I hobbled this morning. It was getting progressively sorer yesterday, but by the time I woke up this morning, there's some pretty severe pain involved.

Try not to fret. Sometimes you can sleep with your leg in a weird position, kinda bent, and it strains the knee tendons and muscle surrounding the patella. Read something about people who fell asleep on their knees or with their knees bent significantly and it can screw up your legs.
