You would think that a five-liter V10 producing 550 horsepower would be enough, but for some people, it is a pittance. This monstrous twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo was built by Florida-based Heffner Performance to put out over 2,000 horsepower, but they toned it down for this eventful run. "We had the boost down to minimum, about 17 pounds," company owner Jason Heffner told Road & Track. "That car would have no issue making 2,400 to 2,500 horsepower at the wheels at 40 or 45 pounds of boost."
