Wells it's all net interface nowadays...just can't see how they'd sink the networks like Xbox live to a PC server.I think there would have to be some sort of common hardware like an 'adapter' that everyone would have to buy

Ya I was going to say, I'm sure there are a whole shitload of programming issues there. Not to mention the games usually different somewhat (dedicated servers, map sizes, max players). Also, I think gaming with a mouse in FPS is an advantage over Xbox controller (though I prefer the latter).
