New American restaurant called Tallywackers opens with promise of ‘hot young men clad in towels’

It’s been billed as the male version of Hooters.
After decades of using busty ladies to sell drooling men-children pitchers of beer and chilli dogs, the restaurant industry has decided it’s time to exploit the male form in a bid to sell bar snacks instead.
We *think* Magic Mike might have something to do with it.
Tallywackers (serious props for the name) is opening its first branch in Dallas later this month.

It’s advertised as a bar and restaurant with live entertainment and promises a staff of ‘hot men clad in towels’.
They are currently ‘interviewing’ for potential candidates.
The restaurant’s concept is already proving a hit on Facebook.
Mary Aguirre writes: ‘God bless whoever opened this restaurant…’ while Marsha Johnson has just one word: ‘ROADTRIP.’
While we couldn’t be more delighted with the name, and we applaud their efforts to level the sexist playing field, we’re not sure how we feel about chowing down on our sticky ribs with all that pasty skin and Spandex-wrapped peen in our eye-line.
Still, we’re not writing it off just yet…
