Comic artist Jim Mahfood has brought his deliberately over-the-top Grrl Scouts series to YouTube in the form of this hilariously kick-ass pilot.

Mahfood, the mad genius behind 40 Oz and Felt, has been a comics industry mainstay for over 20 years. He’s worked with everyone from Kevin Smith to Brian Michael Bendis, but now he’s teamed up with Mike Diva and New Form Digital‘s Ron Howard (Rush, Apollo 13) and Brian Grazer (8 Mile, American Gangster) to create the raucously entertaining Grrl Scouts.
