ive got a once all android 4.2 quadcore about 45 dollars on amazon get most things (sport, shows and movies) through Navi x on Kodi or genesis.
Fire stick from Amazon can be hacked and will play everything, PPV and all. I'm getting one going I'll let you know how it works
