Talk about girl power!
Gisele Bündchen is making headlines for something she hasn't done yet, but could possibly do very soon: become the first self-made (i.e. not old-money) Brazilian woman to enter the billionaires club!
Sure, the supermodel stardom and movie cameos bring in some cash flow, but that's not all Mrs. Tom Brady has up her sleeve. Bündchen also has numerous business ventures in the works that will expand her empire exponentially (or at least by a decimal point), according to Forbes, which has identified her as the world's highest-paid supermodel seven years in a row.
Oh, you didn't know?
First off, her line of sandals by synthetic footwear maker Grendene has been extremely successful and could prove tough competition for the celeb-favorite Havaiana brand.
Second, Bündchen is gearing up to release her own line of sexy lingerie! She's created her own brand, Gisele Bündchen Brazilian Intimates, and will be selling these items exclusively at Hope, Brazil's version of Victoria Secret.
Lastly, baby Ben's mama founded an ecofriendly skincare line in Arizona last year called Sejaa Pure Skincare. Reports say she is in talks of selling it, but, hey, that just means more money.
If we could hate her, we would. But, even though she painlessly gave birth and was flaunting the flattest abs around a month later, we just can't.
