I got a free bed on Friday. My Mother in Law had bought a Tempurpedic mattress and had it about a year and hated it so they gave it to us. So I had to move our old mattress to storage and move the new one in and let me tell you those fuckers are heavy.

I just bought a 65" 4k Samsung. It was on sale but not for Black Friday. Picked it up Saturday. I just needed a new TV.

4k capable, but not much content, I think Netflix may be putting some content out, but pretty much a waste ast this point
There is very little 4K content, no cable service has picked it up or ha shown interest in it. Most cable service is only 720p except ESPN and the occasional premium service. It may say 1080p but its being upsampled, the original broadcasts are 720p. On top of that most movies have not been shot to even support 4k thats why BluRay is 1080p. to break it down its like this 720p = 1280x720 pixels, 1080p = 1920x1080 pixels. Now there are several 4Ks; Ultra-high-def = 3840 × 2160, DCI 4K (native resolution) 4096 × 2160, DCI 4K (CinemaScope cropped) 4096 × 1716 and DCI 4K (flat cropped) 3996 × 2160. The native 4k is literally almost 4 times the pixel length than 1080p and whats crazy 8k already exists. To me it just looks fake its almost to clear.
It's up and out of the box, but no not hooked up yet. I'm making a man cave/hobby room in my garage with all my consoles and LAN Server. Unfortunately, the wi-fi signal isn't strong enough out there, so I'm hard wiring it.
No cable or Satellite, just strictly internet, netflix etc..
It was $150 more for the exact model with the curved screen. I didn't see the attraction in it. It's a 4k 120hz 65".
Once I get it hooked up, I'll post some pics.
