Turns out to be a SoHo store doing it for one day (today) to protest the so-called pink tax, where the same products are sold for more if they are for women v men.The discrimination lawsuit I would file would be swift, and large.

The government should not dictate pricing nor marketing strategies, but if it's true that taxation and tarrifs are gender-based, that's seems unreasonable.

I wonder if these protesters realize it's not like it's a strictly women's phenomenon. Go look at sports gear for example... I just googled and immediately found NHL jerseys are $109 for women and $129 for men. Even the 'authentic' ones are still $179 for women and $199 for men on NHL.com...
