There's a bunch of reasons being thrown around by both sides. Could be shady, or it could be that he did it for the right reasons after being briefed by his advisory staff. Only time will tell.

Yeah, like Clinton wouldn't have fired him had she been elected

At what point are you not going to be ok with this shit just because you think it's better than Hilary? I think it's well established that's an awfully low bar.

What shit in particular? He had the right to fire him, he has been getting rid of a lot of people.
Teh One Who Knocks (05-10-2017)
So that's it for you? No questioning it, he just had a right and it's all in line with standard changing of the guard?
I'm really unable to see any alternative to this being about the Russia investigation so I'm curious what other reasonable narrative there is. Throwing a Hilary card to me is ironic because I agree she's shady and had things to hide... just like Trumps work today alludes to from my current view.

And McConnell just rejected calls for a special investigator...
">"Today we'll no doubt hear calls for a new investigation, which could only serve to impede the current work being done," McConnell said on the Senate floor"
Hahahah... Like the firing of the FBI director hasn't impeded it?
It's sure sounding like a lot of guilt. How can you not question WHY?
Comey on 3 occasions said Trump wasn't under investigation. So what guilt?
GF, people are innocent until PROVEN guilty in this country. There is no evidence of any wrong doing, no evidence of collusion. The former officials of the Justice Department under Obama has clearly stated so under oath. Until someone provides evidence of wrong doing, there is no case. Again, only time will tell.
Don't buy what the media is feeding you. They have a clear bias and they always have, or they have for at least the past 30 - 40 years.
If someone produces actual damning evidence that Trump has colluded with Russia, I will be the first to call for his impeachment. But we need solid irrefutable evidence first.
It is being said that the Comey firing is because of the deputy attorney general that's heading up the Russia investigation. He recommended Comey's firing.
Truth be told, even though I wholeheartedly believe that Comey is a good man, he injected politics into a position that should be completely free of politics. The entire Justice Department, including the FBI, should be politically bias free to uphold the law impartially. That's pretty much the reason why Comey was terminated, or so that's what's being reported.
Since the Justice Department is a department of the Executive Branch of our government, Trump, as the Chief Executive has every right to fire anyone working under him.
The only thing Trump can be accused of right now is bad timing. That's not a crime under US law.

.
But what if he keeps firing them till they stop looking
You know the other side (D) were bitching like crazy that he should be fired, now he's fired and they are losing their shit. There is no pleasing them
