My take? Just watching the smaller guy I would be wary. He moves well and has been trained.

Notice how he waits for the other guys to throw yet still stands in there? And then when he does knock Chad down it's a relatively slow haymaker style punch? It works because he's balanced and throwing from the hip. Most people tend to flail quickly and poorly, while wading in with their heads down or leaning back. Chad leans back during their first exchange and he's lucky the Asian dude didn't knock his head off right there.

The only time speed works is if you can clock the guy instantly with a good, solid punch that has your weight behind it. Guy taught me something once..Drunk people typically want to tell you what they're going to do to you. Use that time to smack them hard

The only veggies allowed on a cheesesteak are cooked onions. Everything else is a faux pas.

Seriously dude, if you want a bona fide Philly cheesesteak, it's gotta be either thinly sliced ribeye or thinly sliced eye of round beef. You need a legitimate Italian roll from Philly... they're kinda easy to make, but for some odd reason, when you make them outside of Philly, they don't come out right. We usually say it's because of the water in Philly, which incidentally, people also say will kill you. Take from that what you will. There are 3 legal "cheeses" and a situational legal fourth: Cheese Whiz, American and Provolone for a regular cheesesteak, and mozzarella for a pizza steak (you throw pizza sauce on it, that's it). For the record, it is said that Cheese Whiz is the Philly way, but originally being from Philly, I can honestly tell you that I have never met anyone in person that actually likes Cheese Whiz. I prefer mine with Provolone, although American's fine for me if the Provolone is nowhere to be found. You have a choice of topping your cheesesteak with fried onions. You can choose not to, but personally I prefer them. The shops that offer peppers and mushrooms, they're not doing it right. Mushrooms and peppers don't go on a bona fide Philly cheesesteak (and for the record, I like peppers, I just don't eat them on my cheesesteak, because it's sacrilege). They're usually served with a pickle spear, and I totally throw it on my cheesesteak, but most people I know eat it separately. Acceptable condiments are ketchup, mayo, and mustard... I usually do mustard, and maybe a squirt of ketchup (I'm not a big fan of ketchup).

If you go to a restaurant and they have a Philly cheesesteak on the menu, and the description reads anything else besides what I wrote here, it is NOT a real bona fide Philly cheesesteak. Period, end of. They're fakes, frauds, the lowest of the low, scam artists, deserving to be crucified and heckled mercilessly for the rest of their lives.

So yeah, that's the Philly way.
