To answer both questions, I use either the NBC affiliate in Chicago or the Chicago Tribune, whoever has the most recently updated story in the morning. Those are the 2 sites I use when I post the weekend shooting stories in the news section. I use the time frame that they use, which I believe is starting sometime this evening and runs thru early Tuesday morning.
