    It didn't get much news, but yesterday many major sites on the East coast were offline for a short time due to a DDos attack. This is a decent explanation of how it works by a good youtuber.

    Well described. We are just being briefed about this in my firm.

    They are thinking this is just a poke to say "see what we can do". November 8th might be interesting...
