Could this boast of Trump's be a reason why the Brits don't want him over there.

TRUMP WANTED TO SLEEP WITH PRINCESS DIANA IF SHE TOOK AN HIV TEST FIRST, ACCORDING TO HOWARD STERN RECORDINGS

All these years on, Diana, Princess of Wales is still held very dear by most Brits.

He was proud of his sleazy conquests and talk!

Walmart is raising wages and giving bonuses, citing tax cuts

Walmart is boosting starting wages, providing a one-time bonus for employees and expanding benefits, the company said on Thursday, citing the tax cuts signed into law by President Trump last year. The company is also closing 63 Sam's Club stores, it announced Thursday.

Details: The bonus is based on length of service, with those who've worked 20 years eligible for $1,000. The company, which is the largest private employer in the U.S. and employs roughly 2.2 million people worldwide, is also raising its starting wage to $11 an hour. The current starting wage for store associates is $9 an hour. The company also said it plans to expand its maternity and paternity leave benefits.

The plan benefits more than a million employees, the company told Axios.

Several other large companies have also doled out bonuses and announced employee raises thanks to the new tax cuts:

Bank of America gave roughly 145,000 employees a year-end $1,000 bonus.
AT&T also gave $1,000 bonuses to more than 200,000 U.S. employees.
Fifth-Third Bancorp told Axios' Dan Primack that it will raise the minimum wage of its workforce to $15 per hour.
Wells Fargo said it would increase its minimum wage to $15 an hour, and plans to allocate $400 million in donations to community and nonprofit organizations in 2018.
Boeing committed $300 million for charitable giving, employee development programs and "workplace of the future" facilities and infrastructure enhancement.
NBCUniversal said it would award $1,000 in bonuses to more than one hundred thousand eligible frontline and non-executive employees.

A Group of Former Nuclear Launch Officers Calls President Trump 'A Clear and Present Danger'

U.S. President Donald Trump’s readiness to threaten the use of America’s nuclear arsenal has unnerved diplomats and academics and inflamed tensions with North Korea over the first year of his presidency. Now former nuclear missile launch operators are adding themselves to the list of concerned observers.

In an open letter to Congress on Thursday, a group of 17 former nuclear launch officers argued that President Trump “poses a clear and present danger to the country and the world” and warned that “there are no reliable safeguards” to prevent Trump from deciding to launch a nuclear missile on his own.

The letter was published by international nuclear disarmament advocacy group Global Zero, and follows a similar letter written at the close of the 2016 presidential election.

Trump’s “inflammatory rhetoric has put the United States on a collision course with North Korea,” the new letter says, citing a recent exchange in which Trump boasted that his “nuclear button” is “bigger and more powerful” than North Korea’s.

“Threats of ‘fire and fury’ and total destruction of the Kim dictatorship undercut diplomatic efforts and increase the likelihood of stumbling into conflict,” the officers wrote.

Although there is no literal “nuclear button,” the president does hold a the unique and singular authority to order a nuclear strike. The officers mention several “common-sense” proposals currently in Congress that would limit Trump’s ability to unilaterally deploy a nuclear weapon without the approval of the Defense Secretary, Attorney General, or Congress.

In Nov., a rare Senate Foreign Relations Committee discussed the nuclear chain of command after Trump warned North Korea that any attack would be “met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”

U.N., African countries blast Trump's 'racist' words in angry global backlash

President Trump is drawing an angry response, after using an expletive to describe the countries that many immigrants in the U.S. came from. One critic is Republican congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida, who says Trump has a long history of making racist statements. (Jan. 12) AP

President Trump's purported crude comments about immigrants provoked a global backlash Friday from the United Nations, African nations and other countries against his "racist" remarks.

The torrent of criticism began within hours of reports that Trump, meeting with several lawmakers to discuss immigration Thursday, questioned why the United States would accept more immigrants from Haiti and "shithole countries" in Africa rather than places like Norway.

On Friday, Trump appeared to deny he had used those exact words. Sen. Dick Durbin, D.-Ill., who was in the room for the meeting, confirmed that the president had, in fact, employed the vulgar phrase several times.

Officials and representatives of the target countries responded quickly and sharply.

I'm a Republican. What on Earth Is Wrong With My Party?

I am a Republican in the era of Donald Trump, and I am emotionally depleted by the constant cruelty of the President of the United States.

I’ve told myself repeatedly that I am done being shocked by a degenerate of such magnitude that I wouldn’t want to invite him to a family gathering for fear of what he might say in front of my mother.
