Roasted Garbanzo Beans

I made Roasted Garbanzo Beans for the first time yesterday.
Seasoned with olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, red pepper, hatch chili powder

Came out really good, kinda like a corn nut. You can really season them with any flavors you like. One recommendation was ranch dressing powder.

i made some of those awhile back, i air fried them but they were a little off, still edible though

On the recipe I used they said be sure to dry them really well and get the skins off. Most came out crunchy, but some of them were kinda soft. I'll make sure I dry them better next time.

i just dried and didn't bother with the skins, that maybe was the issue

I tried them in the air fryer this weekend, didn't come out as well as the oven. I'm going to try again in the air fryer with a lower temp and longer cook time next time
