Gochujang Pork Belly



Heres the recipe on that.. (not mine)

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 soup spoon of gochujang paste
2 tbsp ginger (minced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 stalks of green onions (chopped finely)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
Marinated it overnight and then after pan frying it and cooking it all the way through, I wanted more spiciness so I mixed...

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 soup spoon gochujang paste
2 tbsp sesame oil
and brushed it on top of the cooked pork belly

Sashimi grade Ahi tuna in our poke dressing tossed with red onions, daikon sprouts, diced tomatoes served with cilantro cream drizzle and topped with sesame seeds.

No idea, only thing that may be bad is the amount of rice, and cilantro cream drizzle, But there isnt a lot of it
