Traditional, yes, but I honestly don't know anyone up there that actually eats them that way. No one in my family eats them that way. No friends or friends of relatives up there eats them that way. You could do the six degrees of DGX, Philly-edition, and I doubt you'd find anyone that eats their cheesesteaks with Whiz. A lot of us do American cheese, I get mine with provolone. And I've been doing that my entire life.
