Meat arranged on charcoal grill with indirect heat method.. Cherry wood chips for smoke flavoring added in from time to time..

So, I did make some chicken wings that day also.. They were dry rubbed with a 'sweet mesquite' rub and cooked on the gas grill on an indirect heat.. I added a foil pack with moistened Apple wood chips for a little added smoke flavoring.. Not much is the way of pictures because the Beef ribs were my major focus.. Just an early on and almost done pics..
