Sure!

It's normal toasted muesli mixed with paleo muesli that is made of basically nuts and seeds. I cooked it like a porridge under heat to soften it a bit. Then added stewed plums and a high quality local strained greek yoghurt (expensive but deliciously creamy and full of protein). Also, you can't see but I sweetened it with a splash of maple syrup

I like a particular brand of Greek Yogurt called Olympic Krema

If you can find it, buy it. It's made from all natural organic ingredients and isn't tart or bland like some Greek yogurts. The vanilla flavor has 10% fat however and the cholesterol level is a little high comparatively.
