then you need to work on the fascia, brotha. lifting will target muscles, its the gentle soft shit like tai chi & chi gung that target fascia & tendons. then again there's the flexing sets from the yi jin jing that also wind up targeting fascia as well.
the times where I put on a lot of muscle mass, it was really the feeding that brought the mass on - if you're not eating for it, you're not gonna amass a ton. add in shit tons of protein onto those max sets and the muscle fibers start to take it on pretty good.
