I wanted to be a Monk, but I never got the chants.
Had two dinners with the (future) inlaws. The matriarch (my mom) decided on brunch Sunday for my fam.

Had a good day. Didn't have all the kids and family here as in so many things, they've grown older and have their own place. Tried to tell them this may be the last Thanksgiving and Christmas I'll be off for a while. I've been fortunate. Have missed some thanksgivings, but over 20 years, have always been home either Christmas eve or day. Next year, have to change rotation with my relief worker so he can have the holidays off. It's only fair, and kiddos are grown, so no biggie. Did sped today with wife, youngest daughter, and Mother. Played around on my new guitar and mom's as well. Bought a new laptop for my amp. Windows 10 sucks balls so far. Gonna have to find a bootleg W7.
Hope all of yall are well, and for the furin northies, stay warm.
