Went to the brother-in-laws as always () but that's neither here nor there. The turkey was dryer than eating sawdust in the Mojave at noon. So that was awesome.

Man we cooked a Turkey.. So juicy.. I used a constant read digital thermometer, maybe that's the difference?

Turkey, chicken, duck, Bald Eagle...all bird meat is pretty tasteless in my opinion. I eat chicken almost daily and always have some sort of sauce or spices with it.

It's true. If I put a piece of un spiced chicken or turkey into your mouth when you were blindfolded, it would taste like chewable stuff...with no taste.
White bird is pretty flavorless.. It's only a pallet to flavor up..
Yeah it can go from done and juicy to dry is shit in no time

Use an oven bag to cook the turkey. I think Reynold's makes them.
